The default setting for shipping in Universe is free shipping. If you have added a standard shipping rate and want to switch back to offer free shipping, follow these steps:
1. Tap Commerce at the bottom of your Dashboard
2. Select Shipping
3. Choose Free
4. Navigate to the Sell Block with the item you want to have free shipping
5. Toggle on Ship This Product
6. Tap the blue checkmark and publish your changes
Now when customers add those items to the cart, they will see the “Free Shipping” line item at checkout.
