By default, each page starts out with 6 columns and 2 gutters along the edges. 6 columns is a magic number because it allows you to create centered content in the middle two columns, side by side content using the first and second set of 3 columns, and finally 3 side by side content by using pairs of columns.
However if your custom layout would work better with a different number of columns, you can easily change the number of columns for your Site.
To change the columns on a page:
Using the Lilypad select the Page Controls icon.
You have the option to add or remove columns. We allow up to 12 columns.
You may need to adjust blocks.
🌟 If you remove columns, blocks may be deleted. To restore these columns and blocks, simply tap the undo button in the upper-left corner of the screen.
