Whenever you're selling on an online platform, you run the risk of getting disputes from a cardholder. You can learn more about what a dispute is and common reasons for one here. If a dispute is created against you, you'll receive a push notification and an email alerting you of this dispute. Please note that there is a limited amount of time where you can submit evidence about the dispute.

You can locate all of your disputes inside of the Universe app directly. Please make sure your merchant email is up-to-date so that you can receive an email alerting you of a dispute's status. You can manage your merchant email by following the steps listed here.
