Let’s get you back to creating!

In general, we always recommend:

  • Trying again! It could be a temporary hiccup.

  • Checking that your device and your Universe App are up-to-date.

  • Make sure your device is not in Low Power Mode.

  • Ensuring that you are using the same Apple ID to access the app that you used when you first joined Universe.

🌟If you’re still having trouble, please send screenshots of the error(s) you see, and a brief description of what you were attempting to do when receiving the error to [email protected] or in a chat in-app. We will be happy to investigate and troubleshoot the issue with you.
