If a product on a Universe website supports product notes, you'll see that option whenever you go to add an item to your shopping cart. If you order multiple of the same item (quantity) with the same product note in the field, they will be combined. If you choose to use different product notes, they will appear as separate items to make this easier on both the merchant and customer.
