If you're having trouble creating or signing into your account, we've got your back.
When you first launch Universe, you'll be asked to create an account. There are currently two different methods for making an account on Universe:
1. Sign in with Apple
For this method to work, you must have Two-Factor Authentication enabled for your Apple ID. You can learn more about enabling this link.
2. Email/Password
Both of these authentication methods are secure. You can log in/log out on any device, and your account is accessible on any iOS device or web browser.
