Whenever you delete your Universe account, all of your information is fully deleted from our databases and servers. When an account is fully deleted, there is no way to recover the data that was deleted. All of your sites and site assets (images, videos, etc.) are also deleted from our asset services essentially pulling them from the internet.

Before deleting your account, please grab any information that you may need in the future as we will no longer host it.

Deleting a site is different from deleting an account. When you delete a site, your account and subscription is not deleted and you're always able to create a new site. Whenever you delete an account, you're able to come back, but you'll have to create a new account.
