Universe allows you to use sign in with Apple or an email/password.
Whenever you first launch Universe, you'll be asked to create an account. There are currently two different methods for making an account on Universe:
🌟 For this method to work, you must have Two-Factor Authentication enabled for your Apple ID. You can learn more about enabling this here.
Email/Password
Both of these authentication methods are secure and hold your sites. You can login/logout on any device, and your account is accessible on any iOS, iPadOS, or macOS device running the latest version of Universe and the device operating system.
