They'll be combined on the receipt, but delivered separately. 

Whenever a customer places multiple products in their cart of varying types (both physical and digital), they'll be combined under one receipt to the customer and one purchase notification to you, the Universe merchant.

The digital items will be delivered by email once the transaction is complete. You'll still need to decide how you are going to deliver your physical products. You can use Universe Shipping for a streamlined experience or choose your own shipping method.
