As a seller, you can issue a refund right from the app.

If an order was placed using the shopping cart, the entire cart must be refunded, not just a single item.

To issue a refund to your customer:

  1. Tap on the Commerce tab from your site Dashboard.

  2. Tap on the transaction you want to refund.

  3. Under Details, tap Refund Payment.

  4. Select an option or reason and tap Submit.

🌟Refunded transactions will show as Refunded in your transaction list with a red label.

🌟 Refunds will come out of your merchant balance; if your account goes negative, refunds will come out of your attached bank account.

🌟Our payment processor, Stripe, states it takes 5-10 days for the refund to appear on the buyer’s statement.

🌟Refunds cannot be reversed.
