Whenever a dispute is created against a payment on your site, you'll receive an email and push notification

Whenever you're selling on an online platform, you run the risk of getting disputes from a cardholder. You can learn more about disputes and common reasons for them here. If a dispute is created against you, you'll receive a push notification and an email alerting you of this dispute. Please note that there is a limited amount of time when you can submit evidence about the dispute.

Here is what a dispute notification may look like:

A dispute email from the Commerce Team may appear as follows (with the information populated):

You can locate all of your disputes directly inside the Universe app. Please make sure your merchant email is up-to-date so that you can receive an email alerting you of the status of a dispute. You can manage your merchant email by following the steps listed here.
