Refunds for Site Plans
We do offer prorated refunds for the remaining portion of your site plan that are less than 25% through their current period.
For a monthly plan you must request a refund within the first 7 days of the period. For an annual plan you must request a refund within the first 3 months of the period.
If you would like to request a prorated refund please reach out to the Support Team while logged into the iPhone app, iPad app, or web.univer.se for the fastest response. Or if you prefer you can email help@univer.se however please note this public email directs to a lower priority inbox than requests sent from logged in users.

Refunds for Domains
We do not offer refunds for domains. Domains are pre-purchased for an entire year from the date you first register. We cannot return personalized domains to the registry.
Domains begin renewal 30 days before expiration or the date your first registered. We cannot offer a refund for domain renewals unless the request is made 30 days before renewal.
While we cannot offer refunds for domains, we can help you get the most out of your domain at Universe or with another provider. You can learn more about domain transfers here.

Subscriptions Purchased through Apple
Unfortunately, for Apple subscriptions we are not able to offer refunds. Apple may provide you with a prorated refund but it is at their discretion. If you would like to request a refund from Apple, you can read more about that process from Apple's website here.
