You can turn off renewal for your subscription at anytime. The steps necessary depend on which platform you were using when you purchased your subscription.
Note: When you cancel your subscription paid features will be disabled on your website. For example Map and Code Blocks will display a placeholder. If your subscription covers a domain, the domain will be disconnected and not renewed with the registry. When the domain expires we may not be able to recover it.
Subscriptions Purchased through Apple
If you purchased your subscription through the iPhone, iPad, or Mac apps your subscription and billing are handled by Apple. We do not have the ability to alter your subscription if it was purchased through Apple.
To cancel your subscription preventing future charges, you can see how to do so on Apple's website here. Please ensure you are logged in with the same Apple ID as you used to create your Universe site when viewing your subscription information.
Unfortunately, for Apple subscriptions we are not able to offer refunds. Apple may provide you with a prorated refund but it is at their discretion. If you would like to request a refund, you can read more about that process from Apple's website here.
Subscriptions Purchased through the Web
If you purchased your subscription through web.univer.se your subscription and billing are handled by Universe.

We do not offer refunds for domains as they are purchased for an entire year from the date you register. We cannot return personalized domains to the registry. We do offer prorated refunds for the remaining portion of your site plan that are less than 25% through their current period. For a monthly plan this is about 7 days and for an annual plan this is about 3 months.
