As a seller, you can issue a refund right from the app.

If an order was placed using the shopping cart, the entire cart must be refunded, not just a single item.
To issue a refund to your customer:
- Tap on the Commerce tab from your site Dashboard.
- Tap on the transaction you want to refund.
- Under Details, tap Refund Payment.
- Select an option or reason and tap Submit.
🌟Refunded transactions will show as Refunded in your transaction list with a red label.
🌟 Refunds will come out of your merchant balance; if your account goes negative, refunds will come out of your attached bank account.
🌟Our payment processor, Stripe, states it takes 5-10 days for the refund to appear on the buyer’s statement.
🌟Refunds cannot be reversed.
