Your Merchant email address is the email address collected when creating the Merchant account for your site. We use your merchant email address to send your customer receipts, provide a contact email for your customers, and contact you about any issues with your merchant account. It is important the email address you use is checked regularly.
For your convenience, Merchant Email Address is not required to match your login email. This is useful if you'd like to use a personal email for your login but a custom business email for your Merchant account.
To change the Merchant email address on iPhone or iPad:
- Tap on the Commerce tab on your dashboard.
- Tap on Account Balance.
- Tap the Merchant Settings button below your account balance.
- Tap on Edit next to your email address.
- Enter the email address you would like to use.
- Tap Update Email Address
To change the email address on file on Mac:
- Click the Commerce tab located on the left side of the app
- Below your account balance, click the Merchant Settings button
