From time to time, we may reach out to creators via email. If you received an email claiming to have come from Univer.se, there are a few things you can check to make sure it really came from us.

Where did it come from? 

We will only ever send emails from one of three domains. If it's from another domain, please let us know!

If the email you received did not come from one of these three emails, please reach out to Customer Support in the app or by email (help@univer.se) immediately so we can handle this.
