How to see what a customer ordered on iOS:
Begin by tapping on the Commerce tab located on the bottom of the Dashboard
Tap on an order to view the details (items in the order, customer notes, shipping information, product variations, customer email, and the ability to generate a shipping label).
From here, you can email the buyer, view order details, generate a shipping label, mark it as fulfilled, and even refund the payment from this screen.
How to see what a customer ordered on macOS:
Universe for macOS offers a convenient tab with easy access to all of your Sell Block orders. To get started using this tab:
Click on the Commerce tab in the left hand side of the app
From here, all of your orders will appear in one place. Click on an order in the middle pane to view the Order Details on the right side.
