Themes allow you to create site wide design changes in just a few taps. 

All Universe templates come with a preset theme that can be edited within the Theme settings. If you are building your site from scratch, you will not have a preset Theme.

To set a custom style for an individual block:

• Tap the block on the Grid Editor.
• Edit the individual block under the Style tab. The style choices for the block won't sync with the theme unless you explicitly specify it.

Themes are tied to users and sites. Collaborators can edit themes for shared sites but can't use those themes on their other sites. Unfortunately, there's no way to share themes with other users at this time.

For individual blocks, themes can be overridden. While themes make site-wide updates easy, you can keep specific blocks unique. Blocks don't need to be added to a theme; they can have their own style and override the theme's settings.
