The Color Picker feature lets your page background show through Text Blocks on your website.  

To set the opacity for a color on your website, go to the Style tab for the block and scroll down to the color section.

Underneath the color picker, you'll see a bar that spans from complete transparency to full color. Use this slider to determine the extent of color visibility on the text and the background. When you finish editing, just tap the blue checkmark and publish your changes.
