Let’s get you back to creating!
In general, we always recommend:
- Trying again! It could be a temporary hiccup.
- Checking that your device and your Universe App are up-to-date.
- Make sure your device is not in Low Power Mode.
- Ensuring that you are using the same Apple ID to access the app that you used when you first joined Universe.
