What does this error mean?
If you're receiving this error, it means that the Universe app is running into some issues securely connecting to the backend and API. We sometimes see this error occur when someone has a more complicated network setup.
How do I fix it?
Are you using a VPN, iCloud Private Relay, or a local network firewall of some kind? It may be best to turn that off and try again. Are you able to try changing networks and loading again?
Sometimes public wifi or different cellular networks can interfere with the secure connection between your device and our servers.
The third most common reason for this error is an out of date app. Check that you are using the latest version of the app available from the App Store.
