If you are being asked to create a new account when trying to sign into your Universe site, try using a different login method to gain access to your account. 

When first creating your Universe account, you will have two options. The first is 'Sign in with Apple' this option allows you to quickly setup an account and sign in for the future using your Apple ID. The second option is to sign up with an email address and password. If you find that one of these options is not working for you, we recommend trying the other. So for example, if when selecting 'Sign in with Apple' it is prompting you to create a new account, try signing in with an email and password.
