Setting up Google Workspace with your Univer.se site is a great way to upgrade your email outreach! Check out this google help article to get started with Google Workspace.
To set up Google Workspace:
1. Open the Univer.se app and go to the site you wish to add these records
2. Go to the site settings
3. Tap 'Domain'
4. Tap 'DNS Records'
5. Tap '+ New Record'
6. Select the record type 'TXT'
7. Under Host Name you will want to enter the '@' symbol
8. Enter your Google site verification record (TXT Record provided for you by Google) under 'Data'. Hit the blue check mark to save your record!
Once your TXT record is added, you will need to add at least 5 MX records provided by Google, depending on what you would like to set up with Google Workspace. The example below shows how to add the first of the MX records needed. To see all the MX records you will need to add check out this Google Help Article.
9. You will now need to hit '+ New Record' again
10. Select the record type 'MX'
11. Under Host Name you will want to enter the '@' symbol
12. Under 'Data' enter ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
13. Put '1' for Priority and then hit the blue check mark to save your record!
14. Repeat Steps as need for additional DNS records needed by Google Workspace.
