When an order comes in on your site, you can conveniently purchase a shipping label using Universe Shipping. The label cost is displayed before finalizing the purchase, and the charge is then deducted from your merchant balance.

If you are ordering the label on the same day that the corresponding order was received, the cost of the label is deducted from the payout containing the order's revenue.

If you are ordering the label after the day of the order, the charge may be processed as a separate payout and deducted from your linked bank account based on your account type's payout timeline:

• Free & Domain+ plans: 7-day hold, payout on the following Friday
• Pro plan: 2-day hold

Note: Before the charge is debited from your bank account, you might see a negative merchant balance on the Commerce screen.
