Once you submit evidence supporting your sale in the Universe app, the evidence is automatically submitted to the cardholder's bank for review.
The dispute process can take up to 90 days to complete, depending on the customer’s bank. During this time, the amount of the dispute plus a $15 fee is held from your account. If we are unable to debit the amount from your sales or connected account, then your payouts could be paused.
Once we’ve received a resolution to your dispute, the status will be updated in the Commerce tab.
If you win the dispute, then the amount being held will automatically be held will be deposited back into your merchant account.
If the dispute is not resolved in your favor, the funds being held will not be deposited back into your account.
