Locate all of your disputes in the app
From the Payments screen, you can view all of your past and present disputes if there are any attached to your website. For more information about what a dispute is, please check out the article linked here.
To view your disputes, head over to the Commerce tab. If there are any disputes for your account, you will see a Disputes section under your account balance. Below the images below is a breakdown of each view.
1) If you do not see a Disputes section, make sure you are running the latest version of the app. If you've verified that you're running the latest version available from the App Store, then there are no active disputes for your site. That's awesome!
2) If you see an alert under the Disputes section, it likely means that evidence is required. Make sure you tap this section and submit the required evidence before the due date or you will lose the dispute.
3) This User Interface (UI) means that there are no disputes that require any evidence at this time. You can tap the Disputes section to view the status of all of your disputes.
Make sure you've enabled push notifications for Universe and your merchant account email is correct. You can manage your merchant email here.
