Whenever you're selling on an online platform, you run the risk of getting disputes from a cardholder. You can learn more about disputes and common reasons for them here. If a dispute is created against you, you'll receive a push notification and an email alerting you of this dispute. Please note that there is a limited amount of time when you can submit evidence about the dispute.

You can locate all of your disputes directly inside the Universe app. Please make sure your merchant email is up-to-date so that you can receive an email alerting you of the status of a dispute. You can manage your merchant email by following the steps listed here.
